City of Pasadena Flag Football — CoEd

About This League

The City of Pasadena Adult Athletics program officially organizes a coed flag football league as one of its core seasonal offerings. Games are played on lit municipal fields with refereed play and a fun-but-fair competitive vibe. It's one of the easiest ways for Pasadena adults to find weeknight football without traveling to LA.

What to Expect

Friday-night-lights energy on a smaller scale — coed teams, refs, season standings, and weekly weeknight games. Great for first-time flag football players and ex–high school athletes alike.
