Sacramento Valley Shooting Center
Sloughhouse / East Sacramento County
Sacramento Valley Shooting Center (SVSC) is widely regarded as one of the finest public shooting facilities in the Western United States. Located on approximately 3,100 acres in rural Sloughhouse east of Sacramento, SVSC operates multiple ranges covering virtually every shooting discipline: pistol bays, rifle ranges out to 600+ yards, shotgun/skeet/trap, sporting clays, cowboy action, silhouette, and more. The facility is managed by the Sacramento Valley Shooting Club (SVSC) and is open to the public — but first-time visitors must complete a mandatory safety orientation before accessing any range. Memberships offer significant savings for frequent visitors and access to member-only events and matches.
