Known to everyone simply as 'Hendry's,' Arroyo Burro Beach County Park is the South Coast's most famous dog beach. East of the creek, dogs run off-leash along a long arc of sand framed by sandstone bluffs. The bluff-top lawn and the Boathouse Restaurant make it a full afternoon outing.
