Rincon Beach Park is the official county-park entry to Rincon, the most famous right-point surf break in California. The bluff-top park has shaded picnic tables, restrooms, free parking, and a wooden staircase down to the cobble-and-sand beach right at the Rincon point. In a winter swell, the lineup looks unreal from above.
